📌 Purpose of the Drill
- Enhance the feel and strength of the plant foot
- Develop a natural and efficient shooting swing motion
- Perfect foundational shooting form for young beginners (kindergarten to elementary)
⚙️ How to Train
- Step 1: Step forward with the plant foot and hold in the air for 3 seconds (repeat 3–5 times)
- Step 2: From the same position, repeat the shooting swing motion 3 times
